We are currently in the midst of creating our first Client Feedback Survey. The survey will be emailed or sent following a project, and will serve as a means for us to improve and expand upon the services we offer as well as collect vital information and documents. As well as the usual suspects, such as rating our services and letting us know where you feel improvements could be made, installation instructions, risk assessments, reference images and other important items relating to projects can be uploaded directly via the survey for us to keep on file for future reference. This will streamline future communication relating to the project and help us maintain thorough records for all projects.
In order for us to make our new feedback procedure as valuable to all parties as possible we need your help! If you have worked with us and feel that you would benefit from a particular question or feature to be added into our survey then we want to hear from you!
